Just follow the few very simple and easy instructions
1. Go to network selection (Operator Selection) settings in your mobile or in the data card.
2. Then select any network manually but don't select Cellone , but it is very important that it is available in your region or area.
3. Now when you select other network it shows network setting failed ,but don't very just click on the OK now again select the Cellone network .
4. Done.
5. Now you can get 3G speed in 2G plans.
